How many times we return a customer, denying about a product cause it doesn’t exist in the inventory?. Whether its a computer shop or a car shop ; refusing a customer because of stock unavailability is so common that we think that it is a common practice and not so often regret.

How about recording what the customer want and than informing him when you get the required item in stock? Isn’t that what a smart salesman would prefer to do?
